Just 3km from downtown Morzine if you take the road and a few minutes from Avoriaz (via the gondola).
The tourist residence practically "touches" the gondola of Avoriaz and contains 52 south and west facing apartments.

In all of the apartments (*):
Kitchen area equipped with a 2 or 4-burner electric stove, refrigerator, oven or microwave. (dishwasher in some apartments). Bathroom or shower room, WC (separate in some apartments).
All of the apartments are equipped with a telephone, a TV, and a balcony.

4-person two room apartment (26m²):
Living room with a 2-person trundle sofabed, a bedroom with a double bed.

6-person three room apartment (37 m²):
Living room with 2 single beds or a trundle bed, a bedroom with a bunkbed, and a bedroom with a double bed.
